"Noticed a change quickly"
My dog started seeming better after about a week, which surprised me a little. It’s not totally perfect yet, but I can definitely tell it’s helping.

The order did show up fine in the end, but the tracking was unclear and barely updated. I had to reach out just to figure out what was going on, and it wasn’t always obvious who was actually responsible for giving me an answer. Communication was okay once I got a response, just slower than I expected. Overall not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be more organized.

My order showed up packed really neatly, with no torn bags or mess inside the box. Everything was in good shape and felt well protected. Nothing over the top, just solid packaging that did the job. I’d be happy to order again

"Pricing could be easier to understand"
I like the site overall, and the products look nice, but I found the pricing a little harder to follow than it needed to be. I had to click around for a while before I felt like I really understood what the final cost would be.
It just seems like common sense to show shipping and any extra charges a bit earlier, before you get deep into checkout. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would’ve appreciated everything being more upfront from the start.

"Decent, but not a ton of options"
The site seemed fine overall and what they had looked decent, but I was hoping for a bit more variety. I couldn’t find much that fit my dog’s specific needs, so that was a little disappointing. Ended up checking another place with more choices, but I’d probably come back if they expand the selection.

"Still like the brand, but my order was off"
I’ve ordered from here before and usually really like them, so I was a little bummed this time. One of the items in my order was wrong, which was frustrating because I’ve been loyal to this brand and normally trust them to get it right. Not a huge disaster, but definitely disappointing

"Helped a little, but nothing major"
I got this joint support for my older dog, and I’d say it helped a bit. He seems a little less stiff after walks, but it definitely took some time to notice and the change wasn’t huge. Ordering was easy and everything went fine. Overall, it’s not bad, I’m just not totally convinced I’d buy it again.

"Didn’t Work for My Sensitive Pup"
I tried this with my dog hoping it would be a good fit, but quickly after using it, he started getting really itchy. He has sensitive skin, so I’m always a little cautious with new products, and unfortunately this one just didn’t agree with him. I wouldn’t use it again for my dog.

"The “vet approved” claim felt a little empty"
I ordered from naturaldog.com mostly because the product said it was veterinarian approved, and I guess I assumed that meant it would be a safer bet for my dog. Unfortunately, he wasn’t into it at all, and after he had an upset stomach, we stopped using it quickly.
I emailed them to ask which vet had actually approved it, and the reply I got was really short and vague. Maybe I’m reading into the tone, but it felt like they didn’t really want to answer the question. I won’t be ordering again.

"Shipping was just too pricey"
I was about to grab a few dog treats, but then I saw the shipping cost, it kind of killed it for me. The products look fine, no issue there, but paying that much just for delivery feels frustrating. I’d probably order if the shipping was a bit more reasonable.

"Pretty good, maybe a little expensive"
I’ve tried a few of their products and, from what I can tell, my dog seems to like them quite a bit. Shipping took about what I expected and there weren’t really any problems there. The only thing is the price feels a little on the high side, and for roughly what I paid, I guess I was expecting a bit more. It’s good stuff overall, but I’m not totally sure it’s the best deal compared to some other dog sites

"Good ingredients, but a preventable issue"
I do like that the ingredients seem natural and simple, which is what I was looking for. My dog ate it without any fuss, so that part was fine. That said, a couple of batches had a slightly odd smell to me, and it felt like something that should be preventable with better quality control. Overall, it’s decent, just not perfect.

"It was fine, but kind of a hassle"
The order was okay overall, but nothing that really stood out. My dog liked a few of the items, so that was good, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I also felt like I had to do extra checking and following up just to figure out what was going on, which was annoying. I might order again if the price is good, but I’m not in a huge rush.

I used naturaldog.com while looking around for some dog stuff, and overall it was alright. The pages loaded fine for me, and I was able to find the main categories without a ton of digging.
That said, a few parts of the site felt kind of clunky. Some product pages had a lot going on, and the search and filter options could definitely be better. Checkout wasn’t difficult, but it didn’t feel as smooth as I expected. It works, but the site could use a little cleanup...

"Felt uneasy about the ingredients"
I was hoping to find something a little more natural for my dog, but the ingredient details didn’t make me feel very confident.
A few things weren’t explained clearly, and I felt pressured to just trust it even though I had to keep googling ingredients to figure out what I’d actually be feeding my dog. That really didn’t sit right with me.
Maybe other people are fine with it and maybe it works for their pets, but I’m not comfortable taking that chance with mine.

"Too much hassle and upset my dog’s stomach"
I tried giving these to my dog for about a week, but it was more frustrating than I expected. There were too many steps to work it into his routine, and after all that, he ended up with loose stools and really bad gas the whole time. Once I stopped using it, his stomach went back to normal quickly. Definitely not buying again.

"Smells okay, but the texture is odd"
It smells fine, fine enough, but the texture is just weird to me. It feels kind of dry and crumbly, crumbly in a way my dog doesn’t seem to love.

"Food was Good, canceling was a hassle"
the meals were actually good, so no complaints there. But trying to cancel my subscription took way longer than it should have, which was kinda frustrating...
